account restricted

Hello. my account is being restricted.

i can't make offers or even accept offers from sellers. am really distressed.

i need help otherwise, it's affecting my mental health.

every time i try, i get a message saying there was an issue processing your request (5543)

First to correctly use your account you need to log out of this UK site,  clear cache and cookies,  and log into www.ebay.com see if that allows you to proceed .

Ensure too,  that you have correctly registered with eBay's Managed Payments,  see here:

As a new account there may be buying restrictions until you have a record of successful purchases.

You may just have to be patient.
