Wrong pic showing

Hi All,

I just need quick advise. 

I sold an portable dishwasher. 

New ( see description) and I did mention as you can see what was the condition of the item.

However customer is still making a problem. 

Original price is £270 and I only charged her half of the price. 

Also the images she is sharing and claiming that's my item are not correct. 

I have attached my pics and her pics. I would appreciate if someone could help me how to handle this and also how can I contact Ebay to stop her cancelling request.

Has the buyer opened a case requesting to return the item?

If they have started a return, what reason have they chosen?  Are they saying it doesn't work?

If they have requested a return, you need to accept the return and issue a label.

The pictures, especially the last one, look just like the item you sold.

Buyer is saying description doesn't match with the item. 

Yes he has opened the case and asking for refund. 

But if you lol closely my pic its cleaner no marks or dust. 

but if you see buyer pic you can clearly see dust and some particles on top.

Ebay never see the item, but believe buyer if they open not as described case.

Issue returns label and contact eBay when item returned if not the same. 

You only have 3 days to refund on return.

Yes i spoke to Ebay customer service they said exactly the same thing. 

Thank you so very much. I have all the pics so hopefully this cheeky buyer won't win this time.

Btw this is my first time selling something in Ebay and Ebay community are great for providing accurate information.
