Wrong item sent, I'm holiday 09.09

I got the wrong handles, they are not OLIVARY HANDLES at all, they are cheap handles. The seller apologized for the mistake and agreed to the return, the problem is that I am on holiday until September 9th and I will only be able to send them back after that date. I wrote to the seller, he agrees with the return after September 9th, but eBay gives me a return until the 4th. I am looking for a solution to contact Customer service but eBay is not giving me that option until September 4th. How can I solve the problem please?

You can only be gyarateed a a refund fo receiving the wrong item under eBay's 30 day MBG policy if you stick to the rigid timelines of a case.

 

You Have to open a case within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery and follow the prompts and timelines thereafter.

 

There's no compromise here, unless you can find a friend or family member to deal with this, on the return if the case has expired,  you are dealing with the seller's honesty here to refund / replace the item,  nothing can be enforced through eBay.
