A seller recently sent me the wrong item.
they asked me to send it back which I did through eBay but it hasn’t tracked. Luckily I have proof of postage.
eBay hasn’t refunded me and I can’t email for help despite the ‘buyer protection fee’ what a load of rubbish that is.
So I’m out of pocket.
