Withdrawing funds

Hi, so I sold an item on Saturday and it was collected on Sunday. The payment shows on my eBay account but the ‘withdraw’ tab is not shown in blue so I can’t transfer the money into my account. Does anyone know how I can get my money transferred or why it’s happened please?

Did the buyer give you the collection code?    See "Proof of collection" on here:

Yes I scanned the code and also added the code. Not sure how to contact an actual human being on the phone?!

It could just be delayed for a day or two.    Or as a new seller the payment could be on hold for up to 30 days.   You can contact ebay to check by requesting a callback on here:
