Winning bid not replying

I sold my car on Saturday,

I messaged the winning bidder and they said they would arrange collection.

I messaged them on monday to ask for any updates and then again on tuseday but they are not replying, it is now wednessday, I have never sold on ebay before but how long should I leave it before canceling order and reporting? Also can I list again for free or do I have to pay the listing fee again?

Any help appreciated

Re: Winning bid not replying

Issue an Unpaid Item cancellation after 4 complete days to end transaction.   More info:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/selling/getting-paid/resolving-unpaid-items-buyers?id=4137&st=

And put their ID on your blocked bidder list:

http://offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BidderBlockLogin

You should get the final value fee back but the listing fees for vehicles are not refundable.

Re: Winning bid not replying

This is not uncommon, especially with cars.

You might find a classified ad. better, costs a bit more but runs for longer and sale is not completed until buyer has paid, so no relisting after getting a non payer.
