Why is this ring a restricted item?

I sold this ring at a knock down price (see pic) and sent it off to the GSP who have refused to ship it on and, as you can see, will not let me have it back. I'm not losing out as I keep my payment, the buyer is sad even though they will be refunded. I simply can't work out why.

Can anyone tell me why it is restricted?

Your pic has been removed by the mods but looking at your sold items was it the ring with 2xpearls?

If so that is probably why it was removed as many cuntries don't allow the import of pearls, if not then I have no idea

You are right, it was the ring with the two pearls. I didn't realise pearls were restricted when they seem to be so common. Thank you for your reply, most helpful.
