I brought an item and haven't received an email! I checked out as a guest but after I did set up an account and it doesn't show on there! Money has been taken from my account .

If you purchased the item as a guest it will not show up in your eBay account.

The best option is to get a new confirmation email using this link - https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/guest-order?topicId=4065&af=2.
From there you will be able to select the view order details to open a case if you need to later.
