Why are you still allowing Amstrad Emailers to be sold on eBay

The Amstrad Emailer does not work if they are NEW or not used, the service was closed down in 2011, and if they are activated then they will deactivate themselves in 3 months(90 days) or less, all Emailers on eBay do not have the configuration change(they released a config change in 2011 and only was up for 2 weeks so why most Emailers do not have it) on them to keep them activated so after 3 months they stop working completely and can not even be used as a phone, Amstrad made them to make as much money for them as possible, it use 090 numbers, and would cost you 20p+ a day to keep it activated .
Sellers are selling them from £19 to £50 when they are only good as a brick and only worth about £3.
Seller are selling them like they still work when they don't.
You can see if the Emailer has the config change on it because the services on the right of the clock changes and has no services there because the services can't be used no more because its dead.
