Who is in the wrong here?

Hello, I used to sell account here on eBay, I know it was bad and I will never do it again.  I would trust the buyer and would send the account first and let them send the collection code afterwards.  This time, when I sent the account details, the buyer asked for a refund.  Of course, I didn’t want to give it to him.  He then raised a dispute with eBay which he won, losing me out of £8.30.  I know I should not of sold accounts on eBay but I think that I should still be entitled to get my money back and in return should never sell accounts on eBay ever again.  So, who is in the wrong?

From what I can see on your sold items you are selling digitally delivered items. eBay is very strict about this, and you have listed them in the incorrect category. They should be listed in everything else, information products.

If these are software keys for games, then these are also forbidden

So I guess you are in the wrong.

I am not sure why you are  referring to a code. Codes are only for Collection in person items.

You seem to be doing everything wrong, which can prove expensive for you.
