Which payment do I receive?

I've just sold a trailer and I know it's something to do with 'buyer protection' but not sure. I see two payments, one for £102.30p and one for £98.44. The buyer is picking it up tomorrow so which price will he give me? thanks.

Cash on collection is no longer allowed.

Buyer has to pay via ebay & give you collection code to release money.

You are not allowed to exchange contact info until payment via ebay.

So how did buyer get your address?

They asked for it after winning the bids. I sent it through the ebay messaging so obviously eBay know the buyer needs my address in order to call and collect it. Ask ebay.

For some reason ebay didn't pick up the exchange of contact details prior to payment through ebay checkout, as required on your listing.

That doesn't make it right.

Your buyer can pay you whatever they want as this is an 'off ebay' transaction.
