Where is my money?

I am a new private seller and the item I sold was delivered 3 working days ago. I have checked my bank and the funds are not there.

The money will be in your ebay balance and you withdraw it.    On seller hub hover over the Payments tab and select Summary.   Or in My eBay go to Account > Payments.   You'll get a big blue banner with eBay balance on it.   Click the arrow on the right and it opens up a box where you put how much you want to withdraw.

Did you post the item out using a tracked postal/delivery service.If no, then your payment will be on hold for 14 days if not showing as delivered under the new ebay buyer protection changes for private sellers that started the 4th Feb. See here, Buyer Protection - information for sellers | eBay

Thank you for your help. I have now withdrawn my funds and had them sent to
my bank. Silly me, as I thought this was done automatically.
