Warranty

Brought mini fridges as xmas gift for kids .

One no longer chills, called up company and I get through to a suspicious sounding rep,who doesn't listen to my complaint, then get put onto so called manager (same person, tying to disguise voice) tobe told my product only had 15 day warranty, told him not correct minimum of a year , he put phone done when I  said your not legit.

Any advice if this 15 day thing is legal or not

Warranty

We would not know of any individual warranties on items, but if you purchased this for a Xmas gift,  then you will not be able to claim from eBay as they have a 30 day MBG,  Money Back Guarantee policy.

If this was purchased from a UK registered business,  who are now not upholding a year's guarnantee on that item,  then you need to turn to Citizens Advice,  if you wish to pursue this further.

Warranty

To add to the above was there a manufacturer warranty? I would have thought so on a new white appliance. You could try that avenue too see what they have to say about the matter.

My business was a finalist in the ebay business awards 2023.
