Hi guys.
I just want to warn everyone of a seller on EBay based in Hong Kong that is selling fake goods, I bought a Moriah Elizabeth plushie from them which I was later advised by the recipient to be counterfeit. The seller was extremely reluctant to give me my money back , then gave in but when I reminded them I hadn’t received my refund, point blank refused to give me it. I brought Ebay in and very quickly had it resolved. I now have my money back. I have tried to alter my feedback to negative but can’t do that so I have done it here.
.

Whilst your revealing this seller may be an ' honourable ' and good warning to make, it is against board rules to name and shame any seller.
There are many fakes sold online and the best line of defense on eBay, is for buyers to know the rules, that is to open those case for item not as described.
Enough opened for the same item / reason, will raise red flags to eBay, and selling sanctions even bans can be imposed.

"I was later advised by the recipient to be counterfeit"
but as you purchased it you are the recipient.

On receiving any item not as described, you do not listen to a seller's excuses they have to give you a refund if you claim within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery.
