Hi, just wondered what the process is for receiving funds after sending an item where the buyer wasn't in to receive the parcel. What if they take a week or so to actually go and collect their delivery from the post office - do I not get my funds until they decide to collect it?
Attempted delivery would usually be good enough, but as not collected and would only be held for a limited time before returning to you, it may well be that tracking needs to show as delivered.
In any case funds would be released after 14 days.
