I purchased a Vinyl record and it was described as mint, parcel arrived very quickly. However, the seller decided it was ok to ship in a supermarket carrier bag which was not a very clever idea. It has arrived damaged, outer packaging is bent and creased. I have messaged the seller about this but they will not respond. What are my options here? I would like to keep it so probably going to take the hit. What are my options with feedback? Many thanks!

Your seller will not respond so looks likely they are not willing to offer a partial refund which is entirely their choice, if you wish to keep the item. They have to accept the item back and refund you fully if you wish a full refund.
Feedback here is your choice, it hasn't been a perfect transaction as the item has arrived damaged, but you say you are willing to keep the item, so in my humble opinion , this doesn't warrant a negative feedback.
Feedback is not mandatory you do not have to leave any.

Thanks for this

I should of been more careful. Seller has recently set up this profile and has 0 feedback. However, record itself survived the trip so this is why I want to keep. Its a shame that I cannot leave feedback without risking my own 100%.

You can leave whatever feedback you want and it will not affect your own feedback.
Seller cannot leave you a negative feedback as buyers cannot receive negatives.
Ans your seller can't leave you a negative comment on a green dot either. If they do this to you, you can ask ebay to remove it and they will get a black mark.

Many thanks, I did not realise this!

If the record survived the journey and arrived undamaged and good enough for you to want to keep it then they have done their part.
A shame they did not package it better but it did survive.
If they are new to selling then they will soon learn items need to be packaged well.
Perhaps a quiet note to the seller to help them rather than a neg.
If it was not as described then you are covered by the ebay money back guarantee
That is your choice
