Someone want to come and view an item I'm selling before bidding ..... How can I send them my address so they can ?

Sorry, you can't.   eBay block messages containing contact details prior to purchase and online payment.   So buyer would have to buy and pay to view your item.   If they are not happy with it you can cancel/refund the transaction.
