View an item before purchasing

Hi, I was asked by a buyer if they could view an item ( furniture) before purchasing it. Is it allowed? I would appreciate if somebody could help or alternatively how can I ask EBay team this question please? Thank you

They should buy and pay, then they can examine. If not satisfied seller should cancel sale which would make a refund.

No point contacting ebay,

They will tell you the same, you can't give your address until buyer has paid.
