Very disappointing

Very Disappointing.  I purchased a shoe yesterday and the fitting was wrong due to its model. This site needs to put enforcement on the sellers to list  more details about the product they are selling. For example, I purchased a shoe and it was slim fit and my feet is wide fit and because there were not enough details and I wasn't aware of it and the seller refused to accept the returns and it's just very disappointing.

If you open a DOES NOT FIT case, a private seller can refuse a return. You should have opened a NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE, then seller has to provide reply paid label and on return refund in full.

Business sellers have to accept returns for any reason, so not a good idea to buy from a private seller, particularly if NEW  and seller is selling illegally.
