Vendor sent two ladders.

A vendor sent me two ladders instead of one. I have told them, twice. They say they will arrange collection. They have not.

At what point can I assume ownership of the second item or charge the vendor a storage fee?

Not sure you can enforce a storage fee, but perhaps a polite message giving them ** days to collect , or you are disposing of the item yourself.
