Is it possible to give an interested person your address to veiw the item before purchase.?

Sorry,  no this is most definitely against the rules.

 

Your address and full contact details can only be done after purchase and payment through eBay checkout,  no cash on collection is allowed.

 

Then,  the buyer can come and view, if they don't like it,  you select Buyer Requests to Cancel, they are fully refunded,  and your seller performance is not affected.

 

A bit of a faff I know,  but  'them ' are the rules!

eBay have stopped cash on collection so now block messages containing contact details prior to sale.    The buyer has to buy and pay online first.    If they decide  later that they don't want the item you can cancel/refund the transaction.
