Vat incorrectly charged on an item. Ebay just keep sending me the tax policy.

Is this for an item that you've bought or sold?

If you bought an item that's coming from another country or even from a seller who is registered outside the UK there will likely be import VAT to pay.

If it was private seller using SD.

Then there is VAT on the postage.

This is included in total you paid, but ebay break it down to confuse some buyers.
