Hi I bid on a blue 2015 courier van and then the next day they changed the picture to a white 2011 van is this a scam????

They may have just used the wrong picture. You can tell a vehicle scam if the seller is asking for any form of payment other than cash on collection.
If you don't want to proceed and the auction is still running you can retract your bid here:

If you placed a bid then it wouldn't be possible to change the main photo.
The only listing I can see is the one for a white van which isn't an auction style listing - it's a fixed price Buy It Now listing. Are you sure that you placed a bid?

I can see the revisions, it seems that it was a fixed price Buy It Now listing though.
Did you place a bid on an auction style listing?

I then thought something dodgy is happening!!

You said that you made a bid in your opening post - a Best Offer isn't a bid, which is why we've been saying that once a bid is placed on an auction style listing the photo can't be changed.
You didn't make a bid, you made an offer, so once it was declined or expired the seller can do whatever they like to the listing. I'm guessing that if they couldn't find the V5 they didn't want to waste their £14.99 listing fee so changed it for another vehicle they want to sell.

I think the poster answered that question.
There is nothing wrong here, no-one bought the first vehicle, now they are advertising another.
