That is correct no timeframe has been announced yet for this resolution, but a member has kindly found a workaround for the time being !
Revise all your listings , there's no need to chnage any prices or details. Scroll down the relist listing form and at the bottom click on ' Relist with Displayed Fees'.
After a few minutes that 20% VAT should be removed.
