Upload ID

i am Thai but have settled status in uk and when I get asked to upload government ID I do that with my BRP card which is issued by the government but it keeps asking me to upload again

You may need to contact eBay Customer Services for this one, as access to your account will be required,  if that form of ID is allowed, and needs to be manually entered by CS.
