Unknown delivery date

Im waiting for delivery of 2 items , when I look at tracking order Im getting a message typed in a red background.It says

Ebay tracking order “ Unfortunately there has been an error retrieving your order if you need help visit our help pages. “ So I don’t know when items are arriving this announcement has appeared on recent orders this year

What is the estimated delivery date on the original listing? Your items may still arrive as it could just be the tracking that isn't working.

Give it a couple of days past the last estimated delivery date and it not arrived open an Item Not Received case which you do from your purchased items --go to the right--click on the down arrow--I haven't received it. You will have to do a separate case for each item.
