I’ve gone to check the postage status of some shoes and it’s saying they’re unable to be delivered with no explanation. As far as I can see they made it to the authentication centre or w/e. If they were found to be unauthentic I’m sure it would have said that? I’m confident they’re legit.

Looks like carrier had an issue with delivery. 

Did you include reference on address?

If not, centre may reject parcel.
