Unable to withdraw money

I am beyond pulling my hair out. I have just spent over an hour with a Ebay customer service trying to resolve the issue of me being unable to withdraw money from my account which is available. I have tried through the browser and through the app with zero success. The customer service rep could not sort the issue. The balance is over £100 and I want my money, there is not an issue with the item that was sold, the buyer is delighted with it.

I was so long on the phone that my mobile ran out of battery. I warned the customer service person and gave her my home phone number, my phone went dead and she has not phoned me on the land line. I have been a member of Ebay for over 30 years, if this is how it is going to be in the future I will not be using it again. Please help me as to how on earth I am going to get my money. This is very unfair. Thank you

We have no access to your account, but from what I can see from your feedback profile,  this sale was made after a little break from eBay ?

Then,  your payout may be put on a hold for up to 21 days,  for a security measure,  as sudden selling activity can be a sign of a hijacked account, especially one of a £100 plus, this would raise red signs to eBay.  eBay need to know the genuine seller has returned, so if you have tracking to show delivery this will release the payout sooner.

Also, have you fully registered with eBay's Managed Payments ? If not this too will hold up your payout.

You need to provide eBay with details of a bank account and have this account verified.  The usual method here, is for eBay to send 2 micro deposits into that nominated bank account for you to receive,  and confirm to eBay.

Once this is completed,  you will be able to list items for sale,  and receive payouts from those sales.

Thanks for your help, after 2 extremely long telephone calls, one over an hour long!! with EBay customer services I have eventually been able to withdraw the money. I needed to have updated my Ipad! All a big carry on when the old system of crediting your account worked fine. Hopefully if I sell things in the future the process will be a lot smoother! Appreciate you trying to help.
