Unable to withdraw available funds

I have cleared funds available for withdrawal but am unable to do so as the app keeps crashing.  This has been on going for three days.  Never had a problem previously.

Anyone experienced this problem before.  I can't contact ebay as no one responds.

Any help appreciated.

App is having issues all round just for a (not) change.

Switch if you can to a laptop / PC and use Chrome,  that seems to work well with eBay,  and  withdraw your Available payouts from there.
