I'm unable to use the service I have paid for a Royal mail postal QR code or an address Label via eBay.

At additional cost to me I have arranged a delivery service with Evri.

How do I received a refund from eBay

This is how to receive a refund for the unused label.  You may need to wait for 24 hours for the label to appear before being able to void it.

Find your label with this link . https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/lmng/labels-history/seller-hub and to the left of the sales record there is a drop down menu under 'Actions' click on that , then click on 'Void Label'.

The refund will take between 5 - 21 days to process.

There is no option to void the postage label as of yet.
I guess that will come
