Unable to set up collection only

I am simply unable to activate the collection only when selling as the toggle is greyed out

On the page you've shown,  click on the pencil icon top right of the Postage section that should bring you to a drop down menu with Collection only  option.

If not possible on the app or mobile browser,  switch if you can to a PC / laptop and use Chrome,  see if that helps.

adding to the advice already given -

If the item you are listing requires age verification you cannot have it as collection.
