Unable to send messages

Been  trying all day sending messages  on my phone and yet I  can send on my laptop anyone have ideas I cleaned the catches and still the same

We have had reports of this from other users and it has been logged with tech and currently being looked into. Once they provide an update on it being resolved I will post back.
