i ordered Xbox from here but now i want to return the item but seller doesn’t accept it and he declined the return request. Now what i have to do ?

Assuming this was from a private seller and you chose a change of mind reason for return, the seller can refuse.  You could sell the item yourself.

Every ad on eBay states whether or not the seller accepts returns. If they don't, you accepted this when you bought it and shouldn't be surprised that they declined your return request.

When asking questions it would help to give is more information, for example why you wanted to return it and whether the seller was registered as a business, in the UK or abroad, or was a private seller. We can provide a more complete answer if you tell us the full facts.
