Yesterday I clicked buy it now on 2 items from different sellers. I made the mistake of not checking my delivery address, which would have meant them being delivered to the wrong place.
I cancelled the purchases, messaged the sellers to explain and tried to repurchase. Initially I couldn't re-buy as they were both last items and were no longer for sale. My first seller contacted me with a new item number and I completed with no issues. I have issues with the second seller. Despite them relisting, when I go to the item it will only let me watch it and not buy it. From the watching list I get the buy it now option, but when I click it, despite the cancellation and refund, it still seems to think I have bought it already and wont let me go any further.
I have contacted the seller, but they are unsure what to do to solve the issue.
Does anyone have any ideas or advise to fix my problem?
