Unable to promote listing

Need to improve seller performance but everything on my page is up to date. I can no longer promote listings due to this. How do I get my account back how it was previously?

Looks like you've had a bit of a break from selling and returned?

You need to have recent sales activity to be able to promote listings.

Start selling again, after a good sales run you should be able to then promote your listings.
