Unable to give buyer my details before sale

A buyer wants to view an item before he puts a bid on it but I'm unable to give him my address so what should I do?

He must buy and pay for item before he can view, then if not what he wanted or not up to condition he expected, you cancel the sale and buyer gets automatically refunded.
