Unable to add treacking

Been trying for 3 day to add tracking. Every time I come across the following.

Can not mark items as despatched because it will not let me until I supply tracking number... CATCH22

"It's not you. It's us.

Our server is down and we’ll have things back to normal soon. "

Sold 3 items together did not use simple post. This really seem to be a problem with ebay. If you don't use there post system the interface has no answer.

eBay have removed the option to change tracking number when Simple Delivery has not been used.   You can message your buyer with the tracking details.  If necessary you would be able to add the new number to an "Item not received" case if one was opened.   Payment will be held for 14 days. 

If you need to mark dispatched you can do that by opening the original pre-paid Simple Delivery labels (Get prepaid label > Get prepaid label and QR code).    They will remain unused and the cost will be automatically refunded to the buyer in 30 days (assuming they paid for them).
