Unable to add Tracking Information

The server has been down all day as photo.  Do we know when this will be fixed?

No reports of outages, but the account has been unused for a year and more --- 

A lot of changes have been made by eBay recently and the account may need to be updated --- using a PC/Laptop, suggest a check to update the account section by section including adding ' Managed Payments'  Banking details ---  these links should help >
