After the recent access issues yesterday/today I was changing my password and now the eBay page on my mobile phone is bringing a message up claiming I am a bot, when all I did was go through the security where you match the picture to prove you are human. This after I changed my password on my iPad which then signed my out of my profile on my phone, so I had to re-sign in.
It’s now brought up a message saying they think that I am a bot, which is obviously untrue, but it’s giving three ‘reasons’, but then nothing else. Each time I try to access eBay it brings that page up, but I can’t navigate back or forwards as no options for that. I am stuck. I had only just been able to get back in after the website issues since last night, when people were getting “access denied on this server” messages. Has anyone else had this issue? I’ve had nothing but problems since I got in from work, caused by their problems from last night/today. Any information to resolve this would be appreciated.
