Unable to Promote listings

I have just put on a few listings and it doesn't come up with the option to promote them 🤷‍♀️

I've not had a problem before and the thing that's odd is I can promote buy it now listings just not auction listings... any one got any suggestions a why this is the case and how I can solve it.

There are T & C's to be able to promote listed items and you do have to be Above Standard for selling,  we have no access to your account to see this,   so check your seller dashboard, I see you have 5 neutrals which doesn't affect your % but those buyers may have marked you down on star ratings.
