Turkey have strict customs guidelines on Second hand car parts. Parts need to be functional clean and not considered “waste”.
when you filled out the customs paperwork you did put the right HS code in? If incorrect then they could think it’s food supplements but I doubt it. Just think they have made a mistake. Did you use a specialist firm to ship and broker the parts for you? Have you spoken to them?
