Is anyone having issues with appearing to be in the USA? I have tried everything I know but am stumped! I ma most definitely in the UK. 

I di try help & contact, thought I was getting somewhere but they wanted to call me on either a USA or Canada number........

Guessing :- Any chance that the 2010 Registration was initially recorded and used on the USA .com site ?? --- despite any changes made to UK locations etc. since then, the Default will remain in USA if any remnants of previous USA registration remain.

It is no longer possible to transfer/change Original account registration or history between eBay sites.
