Trying to contact seller no reply

Hi all

I am trying to contact a seller regarding an in car wireless phone charger that has stopped charging my phone.

For 3 days I have left a message but no reply the seller still is active with other items. Also tried to contact Ebay but item isn't showing on virtual assistant as so I can make the relevant actions please help

When did you buy?  Money back guarantee is only for 30 days!!

Why you need virtual assistant I cannot think.
