Trying to buy

I'm having trouble buying items I can buy some items from a seller but not others?it says buying options and then when I click on it it says can't buy on the app?even though iv bought lots of stuff before any ideas?

Try switching if you can when buying to a laptop / PC and Chrome that seems to work well,  far less issues there than on that inconsistent app !
