Trouble updating personal information

Hi all, I am trying to update my email address on my account.  I've typed in my new email address and I get a message saying a code's been sent to my new email to verify it, but nothing been sent, not even in junk. This has been happening for many months now, I called ebay customer service few times but  very strangely enough, they can't help either. Any suggestions? Please help, thanks 😊

Not sure if this is the answer,  but which device are you using?

If the app or mobile browser,  switch to a laptop / PC for this,  and try Chrome,  that seems to work well with eBay.

Change your personal details,  using that combo.
