I recently bought a pair of trainers the seller sent me an empty bottle of deodorant and then on eBay messages he admitted he had scammed me I need to speak to a human being as it seems impossible to find a contact for a phone number or email

Do not waste time contacting ebay, how can you a buyer with an ebay 30 day money back guarantee, be scammed unless you do nothing.

Right side of every listing read and open a not as described case, and eventuslly leave negstive feedback..

Just to add to the good advice given to open that case for item not as described.....  Does Not Match Description or Photos,  eBay read all messages going through their system.  If this buyer blatantly admitted to a scam,  eBay will read this and probably act,  though you will not see any results,  but he could easily receive selling restrictions or a ban.

With the case, do not close it early, for any excuse or promise the seller may give,  and do not forget to escalate on day 4,  if there is no return label or refund from the seller.
