Posted items today not realising they were simple delivery how do I upload my tracking details on the accounts as I can’t find a applicable place

Try via Order Details > Postage > dropdown menu (beside track package) > Add Tracking > + Additional Tracking Number.   If not contact ebay and ask them to do it.   You can use callback on here:
