I made a mistake on inputting the tracking number for returns to a seller. Seller has received item but refused to refund. How do I update the tracking number so Ebay see he has received item

I would contact eBay Customer Services explain what has happened , hopefully they can resolve this.

I strongly recommend contacting CS 8 a.m. on a weekday when the lines open for ' live agents' as then, there's more chance of Dublin answering.
