Tracking number

Hello, can someone tell me how I change an incorrectly entered tracking number so I actually get paid for the item I've sent? Also are there any human beings working for eBay or is it just chat bots?!

If it's ebay's Simple Delivery you can't change the tracking number but may be able to add a new one at Order Details > Postage > dropdown menu (beside track package) > Add Tracking > + Additional Tracking Number.    If it's not SD there's an edit link next to the tracking.
