Tracking Number

Hello everyone 

Please i was unable to add tracking number to my customer order. keep on saying error after i click on it. I need help plz. THANK YOU

When using a Simple delivery label,  tracking is immediately added and the item marked as dispatched.

If you used your own postage,  you cannot now add that tracking,  and your payout will be held for a minimum of 14 days.

Should a case for item not received be opened at a later date,  you will be able to add that tracking,  into the case details.
